Course Description
The science of ‘Work Ethics’ has established ground during the past two decades worldwide; particularly, in the United States and Europe. Nowadays, there are sound theoretical and practical reasons for the importance of ethical considerations at work in organizations of various industries. Ethical questions are very closely related to work. In most of the everyday questions raised and choices made in the field of work, there are ethical determinates and dimensions. Ensuring that decisions are right not only in terms of profit but also in ethical terms requires a new approach. Also regulatory bodies and governmental and non-governmental communities increasingly expect companies to listen and respond to all their stakeholders’ ethical concerns.

This training course provides participants with the essential knowledge and skills for successful implementation of ethical work practice inside and outside their organizations as to realize the full potential of their productivity.

In particular, at the end of this program, the participants will be able to:

  • Understand the concept of work ethics and how it relates to working environment.
  • Recognize the determinants of ethical work behavior
  • Be familiar with the approaches to ethical practice and how to apply them to increase productivity in the work environment.
