Effective Project Risk Management
Course Description
The level of competition in current business environment requires an increasing focus on standardized practices in management and project management. Standard practices are particularly important, as an emphasis on quality products and service increasingly become a vital part of customer demands. As products and services, based on pre-established quality standards, are produced, project risks are more prevalent and have more impact. All stakeholders are interested in higher quality products and service while managing the risk of delivering the quality products and service. The difference between successful and unsuccessful organizations may depend on the level of quality and hence the risk involved in production of the output.
The Training Course Will Highlight ?

The Risk and Quality Project Management course is designed to incorporate specific instruction in the project management Knowledge Areas of Risk and Quality Management, along with an understanding of how these areas relate to project management theory, concepts and standards published in the Project Management Institute’s (PMI) Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). This document is generally accepted worldwide as a guide to the practice and discipline of project management. The course provides definitions, examples, discussion and activities on a case study designed to promote understanding and skill building to provide participants an opportunity to develop standard quality and risk practices for their own organization.
