• Setting Health & Safety Objectives.
• Emergency preparedness and response.
• Case Study: Establishing HSE Plan & ERP.
Module Four: Environmental Management System
• Environmental impact assessment.
• Waste management and pollution control.
• Sustainable practices and resources conservation.
• Case Study: Incidents Reporting & Management.
Module Five: Promoting a Proactive HSE Culture
• Leadership and employee engagement.
• Performance Management.
• Affective strategies of ongoing communication, Training and Awareness programs for HSE.
