This interactive training, aims to provide the candidates with a deep understanding of fire office/room administration, control and operations. It also enhances leadership quality to coordinate activities with the fire team. The candidates will be more able to command fire personnel to mitigate emergency throughout their workplace.

Introduction & Orientation
NFPA 1021
Basic firefighting techniques:
Fire behavior, hose handling, ladder operations, ventilation strategies.
Incident command system (ICS):
Understanding the ICS structure, roles, and responsibilities for managing large-scale incidents.
Fire safety codes and regulations:
Knowledge of building codes, fire prevention standards, and legal requirements
Hazardous materials response:
Identifying hazardous materials, mitigation strategies, and safety procedures
Rescue operations:
Techniques for performing technical rescues, including confined space, high-angle, and water rescues
Leadership and management skills:
Effective communication, decision-making, conflict resolution, and team building
Medical emergency response:
Basic life support (BLS) and advanced life support (ALS) depending on certification level
Public Relations and Effective Communication Skills
CDGA attendance certificate will be issued to all attendees completing minimum of 80% of the total course duration.
