Well Operational Execution
Course Description
Well operations are complex, high-risk activities that require strong technical knowledge, disciplined execution, and effective risk management. This course focuses on the end-to-end execution phase of well operations, covering planning, drilling, monitoring, and operational decision-making. Participants will gain an understanding of how well designs are translated into field execution, the roles and responsibilities of operational teams, and how to manage uncertainties, hazards, and changes during drilling operations.
