Course Description
This intensive 5-day training program prepares professionals to achieve the CPCM certification by mastering the competencies outlined in the NCMA Contract Management Body of Knowledge (CMBOK). The course provides participants with the foundational and advanced knowledge required for effective contract management across the entire contract lifecycle, aligned with best practices in both public and private sectors.

  • Total Questions: 180 multiple-choice questions
  • Scored Questions: 170
  • Beta Questions: 10 (used for future exam development; not scored)
  • Scenario-Based Questions: Approximately 30
  • Time Limit: 4 hours
  • Passing Score: 72.2%

 CPCM Exam Delivery Options:

  • Online Proctored Exam: Take the exam remotely with live proctoring.
  • In-Person Exam: Administered at Kryterion Testing Centers.
  • Scheduling: Arrange your exam through Kryterion's scheduling portal.
  • Eligibility Requirements for CPCM:
  • A Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Degrees from outside the United States must be evaluated by an independent third party, such as World Education ServicesScholaroGEO Credential Services (GCS)Info Check USA, or SpanTran.
  • Five years of work experience in the contract management or related field.
  • A minimum of 120 hours of CPE/CLP
