Automation & RPA in Procurement
Course Description
Procurement organizations face increasing pressure to reduce cycle time, improve compliance, cut costs, and increase transparency, while operating with limited resources. Many procurement activities—such as purchase order processing, invoice matching, supplier onboarding, reporting, and data validation—are rule based, repetitive, and time consuming, making them ideal candidates for Automation and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). This course provides a practical and business-focused understanding of how Automation and RPA can be applied across the end to end procurement lifecycle. Participants will learn how to identify automation opportunities, build strong business cases, govern RPA initiatives, and integrate automation with ERP systems and emerging AI capabilities. The focus is on process improvement and value realization, not software coding.
