LNG Project Management
Course Description
LNG projects—whether liquefaction, shipping, storage, or regasification—are among the most complex, capital intensive ventures in the energy industry. Their success requires meticulous technical integration, strong commercial structuring, and alignment with the company’s strategic business objectives. This course provides a complete understanding of how LNG projects are conceived, evaluated, executed, and delivered within a framework of project management best practices, regulatory compliance, and commercial viability. Participants will gain insights into technical elements of LNG processing and facilities, commercial models, risk and interfaces, project governance, project financing, contracting, and execution strategies. Emphasis is placed on ensuring both technical compliance (design standards, safety, quality) and commercial compliance (contracts, fiscal terms, schedules, guarantees).
