Day 4: Active Listening

  • Nonverbal communication and its significance.
  • Techniques for effective speaking and active listening.

  • Handling problem employees through counseling and discipline.
  • Understanding and applying the 7%-38%-55% rule in communication.

 

Day 5: Presentation Skills

  • Key tips for delivering great presentations.
  • Managers’ checklist for safety communication.
Accreditation
